Quilt Show tomorrow!

Mum and I are off to the Waverly Quilt Show tomorrow, which is held every two years. It's our thing  to go to this one, as we are both members of this quilting group. And it's also our thing to have a Devonshire tea when we get there. There will be plenty of quilts on display and several quilt shops will be there to tempt us. The quilts we see there, range from the size of a placemat and go all the way to king size. My favourites are seeing the scrappy quilts. All the different projects rolled into one quilt, which shows how creative some artists can really be. Scrappy quilts are an inspiration to all who have a scrap basket that is about to overflow, and when we sew one, helps us take control of our sewing rooms, by reducing the fabric stash that keeps on growing! Looking forward to the great things we will see (and buy) tomorrow.
