Now Boarding.......

With a spare day before we fly out, Ash and I thought we could squeeze in just one more project, so we decided to make some designer luggage tags. While the generic plastic type serve their purpose, we wanted to pretty it up a bit, so dug into our fat quarter stash and came up with these.
The fabulous thing about this project is, it's a fat quarter buster. How many of us sewers out there buy fat quarters because we love the fabric, only to find it just isn't enough to do anything really substantial with. Solution found, beautiful luggage labels.
These luggage labels were made from a StudioCherie pattern design.

We just thought we'd give you a sneak peek at the flip side of one of them. It's a gorgeous western print, that we bought in Texas when we were there last year.
As you can see, with proper fabric placement, these luggage tags really showcase some pretty gorgeous fabrics.
