A quilt to relax under.

We loaded this quilt top onto the frame, and after many hours quilting late into the evening, it came off the frame, no longer a top but a quilt!! Ash worked extremely hard without much stopping to accomplish this. The fabric range is from Moda called Fandango, by Kate Spain. And the quilting pattern came from the book, Jelly Roll Quilts 2008, by Pam and Nicky Lintott from The Quilt Room.

We used a variegated thread to quilt this quilt, and the only thing left to do to totally finish it is to add binding and of course sign and date it. A definite must, if we are to preserve information about ourselves and what we created for years to come.
