We just love it!Heritage Keepsakeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04943108731011031770noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8291661362576853696.post-82799387186509657562012-07-14T01:32:32.093-07:002012-07-14T01:32:32.093-07:00ohhhhhh its gorgeous and GREEN......you know how m...ohhhhhh its gorgeous and GREEN......you know how much I LOVE green at the moment too!!!!!doreenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10448770803059126619noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8291661362576853696.post-59243609132468531582012-07-12T17:01:22.676-07:002012-07-12T17:01:22.676-07:00And yes, Jades quilt does have a nice look. Friendly borders in a quilt mean there is extra fullness in the fabric in that particular area. If that fullness is found within the body of the quilt top, it is usually referred to as B and C cups! It often is the result of cutting/piecing technique, hence the reason I guess we are taught from early on in our quilting career to, "measure twice, cut once". The quilting process itself, can sometimes affect the 'friendly' areas too for better or worse, which I can testify to!!Heritage Keepsakeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04943108731011031770noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8291661362576853696.post-73181839294527838282012-07-12T08:45:30.076-07:002012-07-12T08:45:30.076-07:00What do you mean that the boarders where a bit fri...What do you mean that the boarders where a bit friendly?
